A Christmas Carol in Verona

For theater lovers today we will talk about an event not to be missed in the beautiful city of Verona: the musical "A Christmas Carol", staged on December 22nd and 23rd at the famous Teatro Nuovo!

Created in September 1846 by the Veronese architect Enrico Storari, the Teatro Nuovo of Verona is one of the city's historic monuments and one of the most important theaters in Italy, located between Piazza Viviani and Via Cappello.

The first work to be performed in this magical place was "Attila" by Giuseppe Verdi.

Today the building is in neoclassical style, characterized by the main facade of stone columns, a main hall with two boxes surrounded by Ionic columns, a balcony, a gallery and various golden ornaments.
